posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
The official website of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Tuesday that the site has made a digital version of this year's 32nd issue available online for free from Tuesday to July 31.
The announcement explained that Shueisha made the issue free as an "emergency measure" for those who were not able to purchase the issue, due to delayed or canceled deliveries of the issue in certain areas in Japan stemming from the heavy rainfall last week. The rainfall, concentrated in western Japan, caused flooding and landslides, and resulted in over 200 deaths and widespread evacuations.
The 32nd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump shipped in Japan on July 9. The 33rd issue shipped on July 14.
