Right. There are a few similarities, but this is much more about what "love" is than about music and it doesn't have a lot of Given's darker themes.

After some previous discussion this series had been on my radar. I actually already ordered vol 1 & 2. Just waiting for more copies to come in stock. Stupid shipping crisis. I have to say I am enjoying the recent trend of newer yuri titles that explore more of what it means to be in love and in a relationship. Not just the old buildup of will they or won't they ever get into a relationship at all. Granted this title does go back to the high school setting, but many other yuri titles lately have had college aged characters and other adult characters as well.
