Okay but why use Allspark ? That's a transformers thing.
Surely Hasbro knows this and it isn't a gaf or forgetfulness.

Their also using it for Power Rangers Beast Morphers, so it's just a name.

At least they know where their bread is buttered.

Probably helps separate the toy people from the creative as well.

Power Rangers was already under the Allspark Pictures brand, so I guess it's a matter of consistency. Also, when you think Hasbro, you don't instantly think "they make TV shows."

Hasbro WAS going to be a studio of all their brand names and board-game titles--even a game-friendly "Clue" remake without Tim Curry--until...someone sank their "Battleship".(Which also tried to be a shameless Transformers clone, just in case.)

That shut down the chemical factory, and Hasbro sold off their other projects--Ouija, Jem and Rock-Em Sock-Em Robots ended up filmed by other producers, and Adam Sandler still hasn't done anything with "Candyland"--and circled the wagons around their two main initiatives:
Transformers leading a crossover-verse of the "space" titles (which was quickly sank by that barking-loopy fifth movie), and GI Joe teaming up with MASK for one more third crossover movie. As for the latter, that's their story and they're still sticking to it.

The name change is probably an in-house management reshuffle/rebranding, that they can use when breaking out of non-Hasbro projects.

Hasbro has terrible QC. I wouldn't trust them to be putting out model kits to be honest.
